SHIPPING POLICY

Being transparent and genuine is our golden rule—we kindly show shipping fees separately rather than blending them into product prices as "free shipping," helping you appreciate the true quality of each piece.

We ship nationwide across Canada and the rest of the world with a standard flat rate of $159 for orders up to $5,000 retail value. Costs adjust by region and address, so enter your postal/ZIP code at checkout for an exact quote—surcharges may apply for remote or rural locations per our carriers.

Once items leave our warehouse, shipping fees are non-refundable (even for damaged or defective orders), and we regret that no changes can be made after shipment preparation. Fees calculate from your pre-tax, pre-discount subtotal, and any carrier surcharges—like remote areas, missed deliveries, weekend service, or storage—will pass to you politely. We cannot serve the listed exclusions or locations abroad; kindly track your order yourself. Some rural regions may extend delivery times and are not available everywhere, covers select Canadian areas and most of the U.S.—please reach out to customer service to check your eligibility.


RETURNS POLICY

We want you to feel absolutely delighted—privileged, even—with your exclusive new furniture piece. Should anything not meet your expectations, simply reach out through our contact us form, and our dedicated team will guide you personally through the return process with care.

Like our premium return policy, we kindly ask that items arrive back in their original packaging and pristine, like-new condition—no scratches, stains, damages, or alterations qualify. Original Standard or White Glove shipping fees remain non-refundable once provided by the carrier, ensuring fairness for all our valued customers.

Items must reach our warehouse within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Once inspected in perfect condition, your refund processes swiftly—please mark your order number clearly on boxes for our team. Refunds issue to your original payment method, or store credit if needed. Custom orders, Final Sale items, and partial orders are non-returnable, with Final Sale pieces excluded from our Rove Limited Warranty.
